After having lived and worked in China for sometime, Grow HR’s Founder and Managing Director found that many companies, especially foreign companies, were struggling to find qualified talents. As an effect of the booming economy, the market required skilled talents and there was a challenge in attracting and retaining talents.

While other recruitment agencies focus on providing their clients with CV’s or setting up numerous interviews, we focus on finding the perfect candidate to match the position. Just as there are different personalities in people, the same applies to company cultures.
